REMARKS :
Designed on the lines of Maurice Griffith's 'Lone Gull' class by Fredk. Shuttlewood to the order of a gentleman farmer from Essex. Built to a very high standard from a well respected yard.
In current ownership for fourteen years "Quinta" enjoyed a major refit at the yard of H. King & Son, Pin Mill, between Oct 1998- Sept 1999.
Keel bolts were replaced, timbers taken back to bare wood, planking checked and replaced where necessary amongst other items, over £ 6,000 being spent.
Passages have been made to Continental waters and extensive cruising in the rivers and estuaries of the East Coast. Her owner comments most favourably on her good sail performance and ability to cope with heavy weather.
Sale price Jan 2002 £12,000 (Temple Marine, Woodbridge)
